Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms, although basic, were clean and had all the essentials for a short stay. The service was friendly and efficient in dealing with any issues. The location was a bit lackluster with some dated aspects and maintenance issues. The dining experience was pleasant, especially with the lovely bird visitors during breakfast.
The hotel offers warm rooms with very firm mattresses and clean linens on Brass bedsteads. The decor is a bit dated but seemed clean. The service was very helpful and friendly, always ensuring our satisfaction. The location is ideal for exploring Katoomba. The dining experience was simple but adequate. Note that some facilities may be outdated.
